CAP only meets with clients by appointment, and does not operate a walk-in service. Please contact us to register as a client. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If you need an interpreter to speak to our staff, please state your language at the start of the call. When an interpreter who speaks your language is available, we will call you back.

If you want to appeal a decision from UNHCR, please note that there is 30 day deadline to make a submission. Please contact us as soon as you can after you receive your decision.
